The center is registered and official license in Palestinian National Authority (PNA) as an independent non-profit organization. The center started as an initiative launched by a group of activist’s youth who were brought together by a common vision.

The Community Center for Training and Development (CCTD), in one of its most important programs, Social Workers Without Borders (SWWB), works hard to develop and enhance the skills of social workers and it work is dedicated to ensuring that the essential for person and community human rights of social, psychology and well - being are prioritized for caregivers from social worker. We strive to achieve this goal through coordination and networking with the widest sector of social workers around the world, bathing a common vision and acquiring skills and expertise in different experiences in work and performance, by participatory , holistic approaches to develop the capabilities and skills of social workers, to psychosocial support that are grounded in human rights and protection principles, This helps to enhance joint cooperation and promote the principles of social work.
